He previously held senior positions at Colombia’s National Tax and Customs Authority (Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales), including Deputy Director of Regulation and Official Rulings, where he contributed to doctrinal development and key tax policy decisions. He holds a Master’s degree in Taxation from the University of Oxford and focuses on tax policy, international taxation, and regulatory strategy.
